Sommerlæsning med snuden mod vinden og Erica Jong’s Parachutes & kisses i lommen:
I know that there are immense expanses hidden from us, … quartz in slugs, ooze, blue waters for a battle, much silence, many ore-veins of withdrawals and camphor, fallen things, medallions, kindnesses, parachutes, kisses.
- Pablo Neruda.
A venetian Ending og The Greenest Island
Can one then have the heart, the impudence to visit Venice? Is that the reason Proust would never go? For against this, if it might be too hot by day or the stench then too great, by contrast it would seem only too easy to set out by moonlight so taht no couple, if given the miraculous chance, could fail, intent on their two selves, to sink Venice, as can be done tomorrow by the Gondola covering a moonlight lane of sea. Yet to leave her thus is but to come back to bed in Venice.
- Byron.
Take him, I won’t put a price on him. Take him, he’s yours. Take him, pajamas look nice on him. Bur how he snores!
- Lorenz Hart “Take him” Pal Joey
